How it works

As well as a fully bespoke service and upcoming online shop, i also offer a growing range ofwedding stationery collections available in specially developed colour palettes to compliment each suite.

Here's a step by step guide to placing your order:

1. Once you've selected your chosen collection (and purchased a sample if required) make a note of its name and the name of your chosen colour from the palette. Fill in the order form to send through details of the items and quantities you'd like.

2. On receiving your order I shall send through a complete quote, along with a schedule and terms of work for you to sign and return to me. Please read through this carefully. For details of pricing download the pdf price list here.

3. At this point you'll receive an invoice for the initial 50% to confirm your booking, along with a request for any live copy.

4. Once I have all live copy I'll set that into your chosen designs and you'll receive pdf proofs for your approval. Please check through very carefully as once you're happy with these your artwork will go to print. At this point you'll receive an invoice for the final 50% payment, which will need to be paid before your stationery is sent out to you.

5. Please allow up to four weeks* for printing and finishing from sign off of proofs to receiving your final stationery.

6. You'll scream with delight on receiving your stationery and email to let me know how pleased you are (this last step is optional, but any feedback is always welcome).

* Although I ask you to allow 4 weeks between the sign off of proofs and receiving your order please don't hesitate to ask if your timeframe needs to be shorter than this. Schedule permitting I'll do all I can to fit in with your needs.
